Sales Assistant- Turf & Utility - Full Time Seasonal

Location: Moose Jaw

We are in search of a Sales Assistant to join our Turf & Utility Department during the summer of 2019 for a period of up to 4 months, starting in May and ending in August. As a Sales Assistant you will be part of our dynamic Turf & Utility Sales Department and will be assisting our customers in finding the perfect equipment solutions for their yard maintenance needs.

Key responsibilities will be:

Responsible for Inside Turf Sales for our Moose Jaw location including the demonstration, sale, and follow-up support of John Deere Turf & Utility equipment and associated short lines.
Maintain & manage customer relationships throughout the sales process ensuring their needs are met.
Merchandising show floor and outside Turf displays.
Delivering turf equipment as required.
This is a summer position.

The ideal candidate:

Has excellent interpersonal skills, is self motivated and driven to sell.
Is capable of learning and demonstrating features on select products.
Has a good knowledge of computers, in particular the Microsoft Office suite of products.
Can build relationships before and after a sale.
