Here at South Country, we remain open for business.  We would like to make you aware of some changes and enhancements to our
business model in order to support your operation's day to day needs, while promoting the need for "Social Distancing" to help reduce
this pandemic.

We understand that your business - like ours needs to continue to prepare for spring and address the needs of the Agriculture Industry.

With that, we have many ways to communicate with the team at South Country remotely.  We also will be offering the option for outdoor contactless pickup of parts.  We will support that through the following communication options:

  3. Customer Portal
    - Create an account by going to mysouthcountry.ca  or by calling a Parts Consultant

At this time, we will continue to have staff onsite in all of our locations.  Also, we have instructed our Sales Team to limit non-essential travel as well as time in the store office.  They will be available via cell/text/email - working from home or in-person by appointment.  As this is a rapidly changing situation, we are monitoring daily and will continue to react accordingly.

We have ramped up our focus on disinfecting hi-touch surfaces at all of our locations and have followed all self-quarantine guidelines for any staff who have travelled out of the country.

No Employees have been confirmed or suspected of having the virus. We are encouraging these practices as a precautionary measure to protect everyone.  We are constantly monitoring the situation in Saskatchewan as well as the World and will continue to take appropriate action as necessary.
